Meet our Managing Director – Mr Yong Siew Seng

Mr Yong is very involved in every aspect of the operation of the company. Since joining the team in 2018, he has been responsible for the growth and development of the business for both Sto SEA Pte Ltd and Sto SEA Sdn Bhd.

A resourceful leader with intuition, perception, and strong interpersonal skills. He has set a strong foundation for his management team and gives them maximum opportunity to grow, to meet their own needs, and to contribute to the success of their department.

He has an open-door policy and you will see him adapting to different styles depending on the situation and the issue that walks in through his door.

Meet our Country Manager (Sales), Sto SEA Sdn Bhd, Malaysia - Ng Siew Leng.

Siew Leng has years of experience in the flooring industry. She offers an upfront, no hassle approach and makes every effort to personally assist every customer. They can always speak directly with her to discuss ways in which our products and service can benefit them.

Meet our Head of Technical Support and Training - Concrete Restoration and Flooring. Goh Siang Wee.

Siang Wee has been working with Sto SEA for over 20 years. His strong technical background and experienced has provided the staffs with technical mentoring on Concrete Restoration and Flooring.

He is also responsible for resolving technical issues on site and providing technical support and training to customers on Concrete Restoration and Flooring.

Meet our Head of Plant and Operation

- Samy Ayappan

Samy has been with Sto Southeast Asia for over 20 years and is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing processes. He also oversees the maintenance of the manufacturing equipment and the building facilities ensuring that they meet legal requirements along with safety and health standards.

He manages a team of people and works with his team to make sure that customer orders are completed on time and that the quality standards, requirement of the orders are met. He has a long track record of ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the production run smoothly. His greatest strengths are his ability to direct others, make timely decision and also to maintain that the production processes run effectively as possible.

Meet our Sales Manager, Sto SEA Pte Ltd, Singapore - Helen Ang.

Helen is one of our most energetic and dedicated Sales Manager and has spent more than a decade of her exciting career life in Sto SEA.

She manages our core business of paints, coatings, renders and acoustics and has 20 years of experience in sales and business development in the interior and exterior building products and construction materials industry.

Meet our Sr. HR & Administration Executive - Almargreth Nuqui.

Almar is responsible for providing overall HR support which include recruitment, performance management, learning and development.

She also ensure a safe workplace environment for all on top of her day to day operation of the HR functions and administrative support.

The role of HR in the modern workplace is evolving quickly and part of Almar role is to work closely with senior management leaders in order to support the overall aims of the company.

Meet our Office Manager, Sto SEA Sdn Bhd, Malaysia - Gurmeet Kaur.

Gurmeet is our Office Manager who keeps an impressive number of plates spinning at all times. She has been a part of our team since 2004 and providing effective support to the Malaysia team.

Gurmeet ensures our customer service team meet customer expectation in dealing with enquiries, orders and billing; welcome new starters, handles the operation of the logistic, inventory and forecast from Kuala Lumpur office.

Meet our Regional Sales and Business Development Manager - Vincent Lim

Vincent Lim enjoys the dynamic nature of his job because each day brings new and exciting challenges. He was recently promoted to Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, and after gaining valuable experience as the Flooring Segment Manager, he is now embarking on an exciting new chapter in his career with new responsibilities.

The tasks include conducting extensive research and actively seeking out exciting business opportunities. He has an exceptional ability to identify areas for growth and is completely committed to staying ahead of emerging trends.

On a more personal level, he is trustworthy and the type of person on whom one can rely, whether as a friend or as a colleague. He enjoys his food and can create a pleasant environment for those around him, regardless of the situation.
