Area of application

StoBit Seal 20 is cold-applied rubberised bitumen and can be use

• Use as a damp proof membrane in sandwich construction
• As a general purpose waterproofer for walls, floors and other structures
• As a vapour seal
• As a bonding agent for insulation boards, expanded polystyrene, cork panels, etc.

Properties

• One component, ready to use
• Water-based, environmentally friendly
• Non-flammable
• Good adhesion to most substrates
• Highly extensible
